Update on First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit
The $8,000 tax credit for first time homebuyers is due to end November 30, 2009. The new buyer must close on their new home prior to this date. After talking to many lenders, they are suggesting to have an accepted offer by October 15th at the latest.
