Tax Credit Update 11/03/2009
Of course it’s not done yet but it has a solid chance of being done this week (Senate’s roll call vote was 85 yes & 2 no). Here is an article that explains what steps our Congress is taking and more clues on how the final Bill will look. We’re seeing a 7 month extension in this version + previous home buyers that have lived in their current home 5 out of the last 8 years can qualify for $6500. The income limits are higher like previous info & a new twist is the direct comments about the amount of fraud. The IRS is going to be involved now so we will see if they can protect our tax payer $$ better.
