Interest Rates are Incredibly Low!!!

Just how low? In the past few weeks we had interest rates that were the lowest they have been in 37 years. They have fluctuated sometimes many times a day from 4.5-5.5% for a 30 year fixed mortgage. This is great news and many people are setting themselves up for financial security in the future by buying now.
